I have recently seen a lot of advertising about BSN supplements and have decided to buy a couple to see if they are all hype or the real deal.  I assume that as Ronnie Coleman uses them they must be pretty good.  I have bought NO-Xplode andNitrix to start with.  Do any of you guys have any experience of these and do they do what they say they do.

Yes I have used both of those supplements along with cell mass, I got very good results. I experimented with all three and found cost wise using nitrix and cell mass i got the best results for my money, adding the Xplode was a bonus! In general all BSN supps are of great quality and do what they say they do.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I will see for myself in the next few days but its good to hear positive things on these products.  I was considering Cell Mass as well as Syntha 6 but at the moment my budget doesnt extend that far.

Let us kno how you go with them and what type of results you get. I do suggest you follow ther usage directions as using with food or on a full stomach will severy diminish the effects!

I will do so.  I have found that its usually best to follow the instructions on supplements to the letter otherwise I feel like I am just wasting my money.  The last product I bought was Animal Stack 2, I followed the instructions but saw and felt absolutely no results but if I had not I would have always had it in the back of my mind that I could have done better.  At least now I know that product is not for me.

I have never used the animal products personally - but I will say many supps look good on paper but in practise are not that effective and delivering what they say they do. Spend your money wisely, stick with the basics and you cant go wrong.

Bsn is great, love the no explode, as for animal paks, i use the multi vitamin one and it makes my urine a very very suspect colour and smell, can't think thats a good thing and makes me wonder if my liver just rejecting it and pissing it out again

If your urine is a different colour that is a good sign. Ive been selling supplements for 15 years and had my own shop for 9!
Trust me, if its a funny colour its just becouse of the potency.I personally use solgar and cnp vit n mins.

I am fortunate enough to have sponsorship with BSN as of a few weeks ago, I have already stated on another link on this site that I have gained just over 4 kilo in just a short time using these supps, I have not used any supps of any kind for a couple of years now and my intention is to compete again next year, and with the fantastic support offered me by BSN I can't wait to get back into action. I have taken NO other supps as of yet, but will do so soon. To see what will happen with both BSN and some chemical aids is truly motivating me.
I am fortunate enough to use all products available from BSN, and the gains have shocked me, they do work providing you follow the directions given.
I hope you find them as good as I have, and I am sure you will.
Good luck and keep growing!

Hi Reaper and welcome to the forums.
So you are sponsored by bsn - that is great. How did you achieve this - did they approach you? Have you won any shows? if so which ones?

Hi,
Many thanks for the welcome,
I approached BSN, and yes I have won( and lost, ) shows. I have been a Welsh champion, a UK champion and a European comp' winner. I will be competing as a "master" now, or older gentleman bodybuilder!
I just want to enjoy the chat, get to see who is doing what and whats new and news in the bb world.
I am "under construction" after having a couple of years off competing, I never stopped training, and training hard, but I didn't use any supps of any kind since my last comp in 2003.
I approached BSN, initialy via e mail, then phone then a face to face meeting in London for a day, all clicked well and I am now a very fortunate individual. As you know the supp's are amazing!
I aim to compete again next September and qualify for the British in Nottingham, plus a couple of others again towards the end of the year.
Thats the plan, I'll just have to see how my body reacts and if I can get to where I need to be to be competitive in that time scale, if not it would be when I am ready. Not before.
BSN have put no pressure on me to do certain shows, that is my choice.
Looking forward to being an active member of this site, it certainly has some knowledgable, and well known, members!
