cable work along with the standard pushes and raises will help the seperation but your diet will be the main factor in showing the muscles. Keep training the seperate heads and dont forget to train the side and rear delts hard as the fronts get an extra dose when benching and with chest work.
I spend a full session dedicated to the delts as I believe its these that give you the width along with the lats.
My session contains :
5 x lateral raise (running the rack)
5x dumb/smith raise
5x upright rows
5 x rear raise 3x cable crossovers
Finish with shrugs, barbell/dumbell on alternate sessions.
Reps will be in the region of 8 depending on the time of year, I go as low as 6 reps per set when bulking and into the late teens when cutting.
GoodLuck

Other than looking at a workout routine for delts - also try to improve your form. To build the thick round delt caps - form is the key - then poundage. Lift with your elbows and keept the weighs under control with muscle power not swinging and heaving the bells up with your body like most dudes do!

I agree with form Admin, cant forget that. Ive used 60-70lbs dumbells for side laterals 6 reps, i have got excellent results with 20lbs!
Once you have that mind to muscle connection it will do wonders to adding better shape and size, rather than picking up a heavy weight to impress friends and just lifting from A to B!
