One of my faves! Sounds a lil strange but give it a go! Ingredients: 1 250 gram of fat free cottage cheese 1 scoop of your favourite flavour protein powder 1 Tablespoon Flax/Udo's oil 1 Pack of low fat Oatmeal cookies Mix the cottage cheese, protein powder, and udo's together - will take some mixing! Once you mixture is complete place a generous amount ontop of some low fat oatmeal cookies. Place in fridge for 1 hour - hey presto complex carb, high protein cheescake with EFA's!! Try adding some fresh fruit peaces such as strawberrys for added flavour and texture!  |
