I have used it a few times - the main thing I found was quality of sleep - which of course help muscle growth because as we all kno we grow when we rest!


Educate the public so bodybuilding gets the respect it deserves - we are ATHLETES!

i tried some got some export one of ebay, helped me sleep which is a great, felt well strange on the stuff though had a head rush feeling  (i liked it really)

I too have tried the export strength Gabba from off Ebay.... It made me feel quite sick... Although it probably did help me to sleep... i just didn't enjoy the weird feeling i got from taking it, i kinda lost the feeling in my legs, and had heart palpatations, plus my breathing got rapid shortly after. Have now stopped taking it, due to the side effects...

Does anyone know of anything else like Gabba that would help me to sleep, but without all the side effects? Cheers

Bit of advice for zma, go into your supplement shop and write down the contents off the back of the bottle(or foto it with your fone), then go into holland and barret and buy the tabs seperatly, you'll save in the region of £15. I now just take zinc, magnesium and bvits before bed, fish caps and flax caps at breakfast.
Oh and regards the sleep, a few beers does it on a sat might for me now and again

i found udo's oil is another one that gives you a deaper sleep and helps with them joints and gets in those fat calories, good one to try not expensive either £10 for 250ml will last about 3 weeks ish. stops the craving for junk food aswell

i take ZMA too from twinlab and notice i sleep like a log,(8 hours)i am no longer tired during the day ,but when i am i take 10 mins kip.
i read that insulin was lowered 20% and testosterone was raised by 90% in tests done . Good stuff eh?

anyone tried arginine with ornithine at night????
