Has anybody here heard off or trained Hardgainer style and hat are?were your results? At the moment i lift basic with a few basic moves per bodypart and the odd isolation movement thrown in.Not high volume by any means but higher than most hardgainer routines.

Your gains will also be limited by your diet - providing your diet is bang on, a basic compound movement base split for a begginer is bang on...

basically when you begin training you tend to train quite hard and as you advance you tend to notice that you dont quite get the burn from doing the same ,that is when you step it up a gear and change your workouts ,eg a beginner may train 2 x aweek mainly doing chest and shoulders, or legs/back or so so ,as you advance you may start to train 3x a week or train for longer ,or use different exersizes so that your body doesnt know whats coming next,if you dont ache the following day either train abit harder or longer or change your routine ,i tend to change mine every 6-8weeks,

To get big you have to eat big ,sleep big and train big !!
