I've been training for 13 months.
Starting off at:
5' 4" 12st flabby and a beer belly.
Now still 5' 4" lol 10st 7lbs, well toned and flattish belly.
I had gone down to 10st, but now started to put weight back on.
But I'm finding it had to get the fat off my belly and chest.
It went from my legs first, then my arms and then my shoulders.
My question finally is does your body dispose the fat in stages if you know what I mean. |

Not sure what you mean by your body disposing of fat in stages? Your body will burn fat for fuel when it needs to do so or if you create the right conditions and environment for your body to do so. In general to lse fat providing your bodyweight is stable on the calories you are consuming - do cardio daily on an empty stomach. The fat will soon melt away |

Its always harder to lose the fat off your core as this is where the body stores fat historically, around the main organs. I always find the last 5lb hard to get off (love handles) which is where blokes carry the wieght.
Carry on and monitor regularly in the mirror, adjust your programme/diet if your not happy if you still have some fat on your trunk you have a way to go yet.
Do you know your body fat %? |

A little high at 16.6%. Dont get me wrong its nice and healthy but in our game a little too much. Im currently at 14% and eating loads (nice) and you can tell Im carrying a bit. I would like to hit 11% next summer, the key is retaining as much lean mass as poss. Keep going |

Yea, the 16.6% was what I was before losing 2 stone in flab. As soon as I have my MOT in work in Oct, I've have a new figure of what I am now. |
