Two weeks ago i had a very succesful cortisone injection. 6 months on the nhs waiting list and finally it got done.
It was a ultra sound guided injection. The specialist found small calcium deposits (which wasnt a problem) and two tendons that had sort of collapsed around the rotator cuff. The cortisone was injected inbetween the tendons and it worked a treat. My right shoulder still isnt 100% but will be good enough for when i start back ay the gym in january.
Ive shoulder problems for years and it is something i am used to and something i will have to live with!
