hi i started training 6 months ago weighing only 11st 6 (waist 34, chest 38 height 5ft 11), training 6 times a week and a different body part for an hour a time. i changed my training program 4 months ago training once every 3 days making sure to get squats in aleast once a week. Since then my weight has sword to 14st 8pounds (waist 31 inches, chest 43 inches, arms 16inch (after training). but in the last month my gains have stopped dead, i have between 6 and 7 meals aday leaving a 1.5 hour gap in between. Can any one offer any advice?

10 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1 pint of skimmed milk
Meal 2
scotts oats 1 pint skimmed milk
Meal 3
baken beans on toaste 1 pt skimmed milk
Meal 4
tuna or fish sandwiches
meal 5
chicken breats and brown rice 1 pint skimmed milk
Meal 6
jacket potato filled with tuna
Meal 7 (training days)
Chicken with noodle
Plus 1 whey protein shake before bed. |
