Chemical Nutrition... Pro peptide is awesome, pro recovery for post-workout, meal replacements are good too... Definately better than all the cheaply put together sh*t out there. i think its really good quality supps!!!

Hi, I am a new member here. its not relating to any replies. I wanna ask a general question form you experts and professional weight trainers.

I have started my weight traing as a beginner 2 months ago. I am looking for the best protein supplement that could easily be absorbed by my stomach and
build mass. i have researched about that and found that whey protein isolate is the best. but I am not sure about it. also there are so many brands
in the market and every 1 boasts about his brand.

Please help me in this matter so that i could truly benefit from my weight training. your kind suggestions and advice would be much appreciated.

I got a confession too. I use axis labs, i getting it cheap and there products i find pretty good too.
But i do prefer Bsn when i can.
