of the guys around at the moment,yeah. and i gotta say he's such a nice fella.. i'd like to say he's a GIT,but he aint.

i jus fort the website was very impressive so i fort i'd share it wiv the guys. got some others but i''ll post em every couple of days ..

yeah hes got freaky genetics in his legs - I heard he didnt train them for 6 months prior to the britain and they were still way ahead of his upper body! Lucky guy....

Met and chatted to Flex at the Britain, he is a smashing fella, very grounded and honest. I gotta lot of time for him.

He has had the breaks, taken them and is now on the way up, I wish him all the very best of luck.

Flex has a similar shape to mine (so i have been told?) and we share the same leg gene (that i do know) ...and we are the same height! He is a class act and well ahead of his age. He can only get better, as he is proving with every show he enters, that i admire very much.
When someone improves every year by a big margin, wether they are a champ or not you got to hand it to em. They are champs in their own right!

Have to agree that he's such a nicy guy and very grounded. Seen him at a few shows, loved a guest spot he did once ... leaping on the chairs just behind me ... but he's just SO pocket size!
