While Flex was a clear winner, I feel he beat me on conditioning and leg development - after that it was mine! I look forward to battling it out with Flex with a new and improved version of the 2006 PJ

I agree with you, I saw you both backstage and it was a close call, you had more upper body mass, and your pins certainly aren't weak! But on the day Flex had the slightly better overall package and condition.
I'm sure that will do nothing but motivate you all the more to win your class next year.

I was with a mate of mine who was doing the Britain for the first time, didn't make the top 5 in your class though he did look very good. You were in a very strong field.

Could be the pics but you harder in the gym! Do you add a concrete mix to your isolate P?  
Your like granite, just like my d1ck in a morning!  
I defo feel like a fat biatch lookin at those photos, maybe thats becouse i am!  
Youve improved by a massive margin.Your weight hasnt but your body composition has totally turned around and soo much tissue has been added.

lol - granite is the name of the game baby! Like I said I now know EXACTLY what adjustments to make for next time! Flex's condition was awesome man, and his tan - perfect!

Got it in a nut shell. I have yet to do the same buddy, i WILL nail it though.
When my pics go up after christmas il have to enhance them somehow to look ok becouse of my long lay off!  

Can you do a section for the sh1ttiest bodybuilder, i think im in with a chance  
Ill be fine 6 weeks later!

if only you had £50 everytime you didnt make top 5 a mate?

good comments re tan etc.. i would have liked to see more intramuscular seperation,esp should be more 'goin on' in gym shots. hard aint ripped. ripped aint ripped enough! only f**kin shredded counts,otherwise..


any back shots mate? seein as i'm stickin the knife in might as well do it right!!
