Ready made meals are sh1te i.e chicken ding! Microwave  The majority of ready made meals arent 100% meat, just a load of crap to preserve them, also ready made meals are for lazy people and have no place in someones diet if they wish to improve their condition! Check out the protein on this site, i aint pluggin it cos it aint even my product but its def needed in a diet. Take on its own or eat an apple or orange with it if you need fruit, personally i would only fruit with first meal or post training your body needs sugars! 50g of oats blended with it or a tablespoon of natural peanut butter would be better. Any food that slows insulin release the better. SUGAR=INSULIN RELEASE=FAT STORAGE! |
