I did a powerlifting comp in my youth, The Four Counties in Featherstone prison, and no I wasn't an inmate!
Squat 300kg
Bench 172 1/2kg,  done 180 in the gym
Deadlift 272 1/2kg.  I did pull 290 but it failed 2 reds to one white.
I did win my class, which was over 110kg class.
Not massive weights but they felt massive to me.
I squat with no more than 220kg now for about 6 reps.
Dead lift about the same and I don't bench at all. Use 50kg b/bells, sometimes 55's, for incline d/bell press.

training 3 and half years (5foot 6 ,13 stone ,)
bench incline 100k 8 reps
deadlift  180k    5 reps
curl 40k    12 reps
dips 42
leg press 400k  6reps
squat 160k for 7reps
dont realy see point of going for 1 rep max not for body building but hey power training
is a good thing ,and i power train about 4 months out of the twelve and then change and go into lighter weights and more work sets.

i dont train doing 1 rep max i was just asking what peoples 1 rep max is.
being tall is good sometimes but having long arms and legs makes it harder to lift weights cause u have further to go with the weight

i dont know what my 1 rep max is
at the moment , im 5 10 and weigh 10 stone, looking at your stats i would suggest you tain your biceps more because a 1 rep max of 20 kg on barbell curls is really not that good
but here are some of my stats
12 x 3 squat 110 kg
12 x 3 bench press 75 kg
12 x 3 dumbell curl 40 kg

Bailey - your lifts seem a lot out of synch! You can only flat bench press 100 kilos - but you can squat 260??? If that is the case I am guessing your leg development is way ahead of your upper body - in which case you need to prioritise your upper body...

Sorry I meant 260lbs for the squat so 130kg approx, and by the way I am only 18. Thanks for your comments. Has anyone got any tips for increasing benchpress as above 100kg flat seems to be a bit of a wall to break and I have being on it for months!
