When i was a lad,ha! Ive done 680kg (1,496lbs) for 5 reps on the leg press = 34 plates + the plate holder? None of this one inch movement babba that you see people doing!

135kg (297lbs) + an olympic bar on press behind neck for 4 reps.

295kg (649lbs) Shrugs off a rack (7 plates aside) for 5.

60kg (132lbs) incline dumbells press for 6.

Nothing fantastic but i wont be lifting like that anymore, caused too many probs for me joint wise.
I weighed 225lbs at the time, 5ft 5.
Weights means nothing anyway for b'building but seeing as though the question was asked
Compared to the guys in Worlds strongest man these are baby weights, fvck me they ARE strong... and twice as tall!

Hi, I'm new here. Had a look at this thread out of interest to see what people were lifting. I've been training for around 18 months again now after a layoff of around 15 years!!! I used to train a bit in my youth but never very scientifically.

I'm 5'11", approx 14 stone ( a little too much cider and pizza)

bench 1 rep 110k, 95k for 5 reps
barbell dumbell curl around 45k but usually don't try 1 rep max on biceps so a guess. (I can peacher curl 40.5k for around 4 reps)
Squat 110k for 6 reps and improving fastest of all lifts at the moment
Deadlift 130k for 1 rep

My legs were lagging behind greatly at first but seem to be slowly catching up whilst my weight is hopefully coming down over the next month or two.

Try switching to dumbell press for 4 weeks, I did this when I got stuck on 2 plates and it seemed to strengthen my wealer side so when I went back to benching it seemed easier and my weights and reps went up accordingly
