When i was a lad,ha! Ive done 680kg (1,496lbs) for 5 reps on the leg press = 34 plates + the plate holder? None of this one inch movement babba that you see people doing! 135kg (297lbs) + an olympic bar on press behind neck for 4 reps. 295kg (649lbs) Shrugs off a rack (7 plates aside) for 5. 60kg (132lbs) incline dumbells press for 6. Nothing fantastic but i wont be lifting like that anymore, caused too many probs for me joint wise. I weighed 225lbs at the time, 5ft 5. Weights means nothing anyway for b'building but seeing as though the question was asked Compared to the guys in Worlds strongest man these are baby weights, fvck me they ARE strong... and twice as tall!  |
