Depends on what your aim is. For bodybuilding wether you are natural or not should make nooo difference at all! Anywhere from 40-60mins will suffice. I DO take steroids and 2hrs is too long, even for me or other guys that are on. If you need 3-4mins rest then i would concentate on getting fit also as this is what seems to be the problem. I dont know anyone who trains for 2hrs. If you are natural then you shouldnt be training for 2hrs, unless it is a fitness program for brat camp! Get in the gym, no chit chat and get home for your post workout meal, simple. Your body will take days to recover on your program.
