For Chicken: 1 kilo of chicken, season it with chicken spice, pepper, basil, garlic... and then marinate it overnight in Nando's sun dried tomato and basil sauce. Awesome.

Rump steak, mushrooms, onion, sweet potatoes, broccoli, single cream.

Season steak: Salt, Pepper, Basil, Garlic.
Peel and boil sweet potatoes.
Boil broccoli.

Fry or grill steak.

Chop onion and mushrooms, fry in a little olive oil. season with a bit of pepper and salt. When it starts browning add cream to thickness you like.

Put steak on plate, add creamy mushrooms & onions on top of steak. sweet potatoe, broccoli and there you have an awesome and tasty meal.

my favorite easy one..

tuna burgers..

1 tin of tuna per burger
1 Egg White
Handful of breadcrumbs (some use weetabix instead)
teaspoon of pesto

Mix all of the above in a bowl & mush together.. with your hands works best.

Once everything has firmed up - split and shape into burgers
grill/dry fry until golden brown on the outsides..

job done!
