My opinion of that routine for bodybuilding is pants, but for someone just starting out very young i would say yes. If a person has never tried lifting weights before then it could be ok as a starting point to let your body adjust to the stimulas placed upon it.
When i was younger i used to do something similar, not at the gym but at home just to get the feel of lifting weights, as a serious program for mass i would definately say no, but for fitness it would be ok.
If its muscle you are aiming for then follow the training and diet program i have outlined on this site.

Glad you have the all clear to train again.

As far as your training goes i would have a day off after tri n bi so you are fresh for back training!

After training back i would leave your chest until monday again so your body has time to recover!!

Also, training 5 straight days is way too much, even for me.

Remember, you are just getting back into it and on your program you will over train.

I did a similar thing many years ago when I was working away from home and could only get to the gym twice a week. The difference being I did the whole body each time.
Just tried it, it didn't do any harm but it didn't do much good either! Sort of stayed still as I recall.
I have tried many ways of training and I think you just have to find what is best for you. We are all different, react in different ways and you have to be totally selfish in this game and do what works for you.
My training partner does as I want, if he doesn't want to do a certain movement for whatever reason, injury, doesn't suite, he will do his own thing but we still spot each other. Its give n take.

Mick Hart has been around for donkeys years, trained his son, chris!
Mick has done some VERY stupid things in the past and even admited a few things on tv a few weeks back.
He is knowledgable in certain aspects but i would never listen to him personally.

If YOU want to listen to him thats your choice, to each their own, and he charges... on this it is FREE!
