Im currently serving out in iraq with the army, I have been woking out for about 10months or so now (by workin out i mean attempting to body build).
Anyway my dilema is this......
The food here is pretty good but working silly shifts an being on call ect i find it hard to keep to a "good" diet. Can anyone suggest a good diet and/or tips that will keep me off the sh1t stuff whilst on the move? Plus i can only eat 3 times a day as its the only time the "scoff house" is open. So if any can suggest some good meal replacements i would be made up!
Im currently taking maximuscle cyclone as maximuscle are the only products i can get my mits on out here. I have my R&R leave coming up soon though any sgggestions on what i can bring back with me?
Thanks for your help guys an gals!! |

Hi mate and welcome to the boards. If you are eating 3 quality meals daily then I would suggest for convenience that you add 2 meal replacement drinks ontop of what you are eating - these should be quick and easy to use. Mix them with water. Metrx mrps are good, but if you watch this space this site will soon be selling the best mrp's around! |

Cyclone should be used post workout training days and first or second meal none training days. Mrps would be used in conjunction with this. Seeing as though you are out there serving for our country having three set meals per day i would structure your diet like this;
MEAL 1 SOLID MEAL 2 CYCLONE MEAL 3 SOLID MEAL 4 MRP MEAL 5 SOLID MEAL 6 MRP
Hope this has helped buddy and keep up the good work! |

Good on you dude managing to train out there in iraq, as long as you keep eating thats the main thing, sounds like youre coping in getting some decent food in! Im in the fire service and am constantly getting my sleep interuppted !! Even though its a little thing with what youre training is disrupted by, keep it up n good on ya... |
