In a single routine, say chest and triceps, should you all the chest excercises then all the tricep exercises (or vice versa) or should you mix them in with each other or does it not really make a difference lol!

Always train chest first, otherwise if you train the smaller muscle group, triceps, they will be pre-exhausted and you wont be able to put 100% intensity into it.
Your usual poundages that you use for chest will seriously drop if you train triceps first!
ALWAYS train the larger muscle groups first.
