Taking it that you get your diet right, I train my abs like any other muscle, don't believe in very hi reps. You don't do 100 rep sets for chest, so why do it for abs? I do real slow mo' movements to accentuate the contraction doing crunches and squeeze hard at the top, feet up over a bench, for upper abs. Leg raises for lower abs. Thats it.
