Best for me to reply here as plenty of young lads are in the same boat as you! First off diet, keep it simple. If you look through sections on this site i have a beginners routine and diet plan. For your weight and age 30g of protein each meal will suffice 5-6 x daily. Training wise 3 x weekly would be enough especially if you have rugby training.
