Abs are not like most muscle groups in the fact that you dant want to build extreme mass into trhem like you would with yopur legs or chest etc. Low bodyfat levels are what really make for impressive abs. If you are training all you body throughout the week with heavy compound movements your abs will already be gettin stressed. For example you would be suprised just how much your abs are worked during tricep pushdowns. I personally would recommend training abd no more than twice a week for around 9 setc - 2 sets crunches, 3 sets leg raises, and 3 sets reverse hyperextensions do this twice a week. |
