Hi guys,
congrats on an excellent site.

Heres the story:

I am a rower and my cardio fitness and muscle tone is pretty damn good if i say so myself.
I recently purchased a decent bench and set of plates. I live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest gym is miles away, hence the purchase.
I want to add muscle mass ( dont we all) and wonder what training regime you recommend?..
I am 6ft 1", weigh 13.5 st and iam in pretty good shape.
I would be looking at cardio before breakfast and weight training in the evenings.
I do cardio work 6 days a week at the moment.
I also notice in the beginners routines that are posted on here the use of gym equipment is needed, which i dont have access too. Obviously there are substitutes to those exercises.
thanks for listening guys I know there is alot there but be patient with me I only want to begin on the correct foot; and the wealth of information is somewhat daunting.

thanks in advnace

daryl
