It is if you weigh 9 stone, you will be crapping for england!!!

My intake is 280 gram for a 14 stone (ish) person.

Now it makes sense

Mine's simple, 1kg of meat ~ mixture of turkey mince and lean steak mince. Two packs of rice. Pro peptide in the morning, nitrotech before workout, pro recovery with pro fuel after workout....

Gets the job done.

haven't added up all calories, protein, etc... just want to put on quality muscle, get to where i need to get then do a pre-comp diet. you have to be ugly first to be beautiful last.
