even i, i aint a pro, but ther is no way i would try to do biceps with that amount of weight, he was struggling too much, i use tops of bout 30kg on a curling bar, but yet my deadlift is over 100kg, my form isnt that bad either, the curling with them 2 25kg? the swing he was puttin into that, is it me or would that dooo nothing! ? |
