Is this ok for cutting. Opinions please.

0600 - 1 heaped scoop of Whey, 10g glutamine, 40g oats, 1 banana, 1 tbls flax oil

0900 - 1 chicken breast & 1 small sweet potato

1200 - 1 chicken breast, small green salad, 1 tbls of wholegrain mustard

1500 - 30g Wholewheat pasta, 1 can tuna, small green salad & 1 tbls of wholegrain mustard

1800 - 60g oats, 1 banana, 1 heaped scoop of propeptide

1900 - Train

2030 - 1 heaped scoop of whey isolate, 40g dextrose, 10g glutamine and 5g creatine ethyl ester

2130 - 80g wholewheat pasta, 1 can tuna, 1 can makeral, spinach, whole grain mustard

2230 - 1 heaped scoop of pro peptide



Stats - Age 22, height 5ft 11in, weight 194.6lbs, chest 45inches, waist 34 inchs, thighs 25in, biceps flexed 16inch, calves 16inch

Scrap the pasta and have brown rice instead. Avoid the banana pre workout cos it takes hours to digest.

Other than that everything looks cool to me!

If your having your creatine postworkout with your shake - use creatine monohydrate - as with the ethyl ester you have to take it on an empty stomach. If you have alredy bought your CEE use this IMMEADIATELY after training at they gym as you have finished your last rep of your last set - then 30 mins later have your post workout shake.

Thats jus Paul preference. If you have been eating it for a while now your body should be used to it so you should be ok. Some people stay away from gluten from wheat, I have never had a problem with this. As for rice i prefer wholegrain - its much higher in fibre and minerals. I would eat atleast 50 grams per portion of rice/pasta - that equates to only 30 grams of carbs so your insulin levels are not gonna be spiked.
