hi all, what bread should i eat in my diet? have been eating white for ages, but whats best? white,brown or wholemeal? any suggestions welcome.

i know a top pro who swears by that really coarse granary stuff..
but the pertinent question here is are you tryin to bulk up or cut up?? |

i am trying to bulk up.i do a 2 hour work out every nite an eat all my protein etc,i also eat a lot of bread toast and sandwiches at work an was just wondering what type of bread would be best for me? |

I stay away from white bread its like glue in you stomach. It'll bloat you and make you feel slugish plus it's full of additives, Wholemeal or whole meal granery are best. It's easier to digest better for you heart with the whole grains and if your tacking in a large amount of protein will give you some much needed fibre to keep you regular
Brown bread alot of the time is the same as white only the grain hasn't been bleeched, make sure it says wholemeal on the pack
If you want something different try rice bread from the gluten and wheat free section of the supermarket or rice cakes.

ive got an old fassioned wisk!! dont laugh its awsome. its quiet so i wake no one at 5am also i get a good walm up wisking b4 i train in the morning. also ive got a couple of those pegs for oat bags to keep them fresh. ever tasted stail oats  yuk lmao |

Buck wheat is very good guys...a lithuanian guy who has lots of power lifting experiance told me to use it to bulk.. |
