Can anyone help Just wondered if anyone had come across this in training before, have recently been suffering from bad headaches after training and most of the following day. I know that it sounds like a real trivial thing but the headaches get so bad that i am totally exhausted by the end of the day. I have been training now for 6 years seriously and am looking to compete in early 08 but this is really affecting my training. All my stats and diet are below if anyone can find any problems with them please any feedback i would really appreciate. I work of a 3day split on a 4day rotation per week. Mon:Legs,Biceps, abs. Tues:Chest,f.delts,s.delts,triceps. Weds: 40 mins cardio.med intensity Thurs: Back, rear delts, traps, abs. Fri: same as monday. Sat: rest Sun: 40 mins cardio.
My current diet consists of:
8am:70grams oatmeal,protein shake,tbspn flax oil.
11am:125 grams brown rice,150 grams chicken breast.
2pm:150 grams of new potatoes,180 grams smoked salmon,100grams green steamed veg, tbspn flax oil.
4.30pm: protein shake,1 small banana.
6.50pm,pre workout: 175 grams chicken breast,150 grams steamed green veg.
Is that your normal diet or have you changed it recently?
I'm a sugar freak and as soon as I cut that out I do get servere headaches too. Do you sit in front of a computer screen each day? Or do you get hungry between meals, which could trugger them off?
I persoanlly think something is missing in your diet, but the big boys on the board will give you better help than I can.
May sound strange but what about your water intake? Are you taking in enough becouse this can headaches if you are dehydrated! When you aint thirsty just drink, it will keep your strength levels up also.
Stress levels?
Are you natural?
