Hi There,

Is that your normal diet or have you changed it recently?

I'm a sugar freak and as soon as I cut that out I do get servere headaches too.
Do you sit in front of a computer screen each day?
Or do you get hungry between meals, which could trugger them off?

I persoanlly think something is missing in your diet, but the big boys on the board will give you better help than I can.

May sound strange but what about your water intake? Are you taking in enough becouse this can headaches if you are dehydrated!
When you aint thirsty just drink, it will keep your strength levels up also.

Stress levels?

Are you natural?

From what I have read it sounds like, as Bigkeiko says, lack of fluids.

If you are on gear then you MUST keep your water levels up for a number of reaons.

I am natural but i have not been taking in to much water,i just thought i was getting enough with my protein shakes and whilst training.
Its not my normal diet as i have been cutting for a while my first time seriously, and i am a sugar freak and i do spend a lot of time in front of the computer, hmmmm.

You guys must know ya bodies sooooooo well, some of the things that i have read in these replies i would never of dreamed of.

Just wondered if the diet plans that you pay for on the site  may be a better choice as i really want to get on stage next year even though im shittin meself of the thought  of it , hopefully the plan would come from a seasoned competitor or obviously someone like yourselfs.?
