Hi

I hope you guys don't mind me posting a question, I was doing some researching on fat burning and came across this website and I figured if anyone could answer my question and know what they're talking about  it would be you guys.

I need to lose about 30lbs. having 2 kids in 2 yrs didn't really help but that's no excuse. I've been watching what I eat limit my Cal's to 1200 - 1500, I do at least 30 minutes cardio but try to get 60 minutes in if the little ones allow it everyday and do strength training 3x a week but my weight just has not shifted. My Dr says I just need to do more cardio but having to take care of my kids, house, husband, etc.... I'm lucky to get 30 - 60 minutes!

I was wondering if there is something you can suggest to help with fat burning. I noticed in a thread that some recommend grenade, so I went to look at them and saw that they have them for women but the ingredients aren't the same. Would I be better off just buying the regular ones. I'm at a loss!!!

I have used Ma Haung before in the states and it worked great but can't remember it is was 500mg. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Can you post your diet and eating times? That will give us a starting point to work from.
