hey , firstly wanna say hello to evryone coz im new here.     im lookin for sum advice on a pre bed time meal. what wood you guys normally take at this time? atm im takin a shake and a bannana bt i think this is probably too fast acting. wood eggs digest slower and so be a better alternative?

5 whole scrambled eggs and a bowl of porridge for mass (for me)... or, micellar casein in water  and a bowl of porridge made with milk and honey!

cheers guys. gona hav the steak tonite. only so many eggs i can stomach in the one day...   sadly i gag eatin porridge which is a pain coz of its nutritional value. gona try sum cottage cheese too tho coz i think that will be a safe bet. thanks for input!

Before bed if your cutting or bulking always have a protein shake... if bulking have oats and protein shake.. if cutting just have the shake, again if cutting try not to have any carbs after 7pm, protein is ok, but not carbs...  Works for me,,,
