ello ello! thanks for the help last time with the pump topic!

im writing this time to try and find out the best possible training split my current one runs as follows.

monday= chest, tues=back, wed=off, thurs=sholders n legs, fri=biceps.

i have seen great results from this by adding alot of muscle quickly in the last 3 months, almost an inch every were.

however i took a week out because of a lower back problem then came back fighting fit.

i changed my protien powder from super whieght gainer 1500 to muscle techs anator p70 taken directly after work out, and nitro tech protien taken again directly after work out and before bed. im eating a solid 6 meals a day consisting of only tuna and pasta.

my results have stagnated i am trying to add mass but seem to have stagnated, i have a sneaky suspcison its the new powder any ideas??

cheers lads!!

Hi Loui,

Your training split looks ok - but what I would suggest doing is thursday train shoulders and biceps - then on friday dedicate a full session just to your legs. Legs are half your body and require a hell of a lot of effore and energy to train them correctly.

As for you gains, if you are eating 6 quality whole food meals daily plus shakes I owuld say that you are adequately feeding your body. Dont expect to be putting puonds on each week - if you do you will be getting fat! Your body will have plateaus for a while then you will find that all of a sudden your gains will start coming. Remeber your body is reluctant to change - it doesnt need to carry the excess muscle yoyu require. Be patient and in time it will come.

As for supplements - I think that there is far too much hype behind muscletech's products - the anator dna altering protein powder etc. Yea rite! Stick with the basics you cant really beat a good old whey isolate: http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Whey%20Isolate.shtml

Hope this helps
