Loui - in general MOST (not all) weight gainers are just high calorie drinks with poor quality nutrients. If you want to gain weight then you surely will - but when you look in the mirror you will see that the extre weight is not quality muscle. First off the mainstray of your diet should be balanced whole food meals. Then supplement wise, if you want a weight gainer - go for something with no more than 600 cals per serving, low in fat, low in sugar and has a whey based protein. If you like the muscletech products just stick with the nitrotech and add carbs with it for your post workout shake. Id seriously forget about the anator and such like DNA/gene activating products! Stick with the basics - whats tried and tested and you wont go wrong.
