I'm thinking of getting some of these and wondered if they are any good. Only started working out a few months ago and want to improve my chances of a decent physique as best i can. The instructions are for 3 caps 3 times a day. I am not a big guy so do i take the 3 caps or reduce it to 1 or 2. I am still learning about supplements and there effects, so any help would be appreciated. |
