firstly mate congrats on wanting to lose weight, you really need to be eating around 6 small meals a day every day ( protein, low carbs, no salt) to lose weight your calorie intake at the moment is not going to help you lose anything, if you eat the meals as suggested you may first gain a slight increase in weight but it will start to come off, but you need protein and some low carbs every meal, try chicken and rice.
Secondly start lifting light weights 3 times a week, 3 sets of 15 reps per exercise will really help as muscle helps to burn off fat, also if you can, swim twice a week twice a week this is great for metabolism.
