Hi all Just came across this site. Normally been using bb.com which is mostly full of amercians. Nice to see a british bodybuilding site.
Names Adam from worcester. Im aged 23 and work as a medical engineer. In october 06 i started working out from 3 years of playing online games..which i put on a stuipd ammount of weight.
Since then ive lost over 4 stone. From 19 stone to 14.13 today weighed in at.Im 5ft11 also to add. My goal is to get as lean as possible. Ill add some photo's to show some of my before/now shots.
Train hard!
Here is my diet that i have used to loose weight
6:30AM X3 Week power walk for 30mins 8:00AM 3 scrambled eggs + 50g Oats + 2 tablespoons of seeds 10:30 Protein shake with milk + 1 green apple 1:00 EITHER Tin tuna/half chicken/3 slices of meat ie chicken/turkey/beef with EITHER jacket potato/200g wholegrain rice/2 granary rolls WITH 1 bag of vegitables that includes broc/carrots/coliflower 4:00 3 slices of meat with 1 slice of granary bread 6:00 Protein shake with milk 30mins before working out 6:30 Workout 7:45 around another protein shake with WATER 15mins to get home by car and will cook instally a plate spilit into three Carbs/protein/vegi same food as my dinner (1:00) 30mins before sleep another protein shake with milk
I drink 2-3 litires of water a day without fail I use only protein supplements,saying that i am about to begin the Animal stak2 with animal pak
