hello i am new to body building and have been trying to find a diet plan for me that works. I find this very hard due to my current job which is shift work in a pub which can have very long and infequent hours up untill 1am. i originaly tryed a high protein diet for 4 months which worked very well. I moved from being 10stone to 12 however  i soon started to put on fat insted of mussle when i reached 12 stone. after this i tryed a healther diet of mostly vegtables rice ect however i found it hard to eat the large amount of food required to keep my energy levels up, as i do alot of martial arts and cycling ect.
I am trying to find any recipys, diet plans and tips that will help me keep putting on the mussel, aviod the fat and keep my energy levels up, that can be prepared the day before or is easy to come by, ie making a tuna sandwitch at work. also im 5ft 8inch 12stone and 19years old. any help would be gratly apresheated.
