Methandienone (dbol) is totally irrelevent in terms of losing body fat but seeing as though youre asking i would start with 20 mins before breakfst for best results for two weeks then increase to 30 mins for 4 weeks then 40 mins and take it from there.
Ideal fat loss whilst maintaing muscle tissue would be around 2lbs per week.
Im going to add a diet for the ladies today or tomorroe with a few pointers, even the guys who have or havent dieted seriously will learn something from this.
