Im a 28 yr old guy Im 6ft and 10 stone I never rise much above 10 stone, I can eat what I want and never put any weight on.

Im a binman so do alot of walking/running each day.

Im thinking about applying for the fire service so want to bulk up what I want to know is:

Whats the best supplement to put on weight
I have access to a home multi-gym but dont know what excercise to do and how many???
So guess Im asking for a good diets and good supplements and a good route to bulk up.

Please please please help

There is supplement advice in the above post but remember they are supplements ie they supplement a good solid diet and good solid regime. Everyone starts thinking they eat loads but dont put on any weight, its just most people eat loads of rubbish. So read up and ask questions because everyone has to start somewhere and this place is full of great info its just what you do with it that counts.

Yep,check those links,have a good read, come up with a diet and post on ere for people to see what they think of it. Ask all the questions in the world.

Its a learning curve to your body. good luck
