Rottee, Sorry for the late reply, im a busy boy working 10am until 7pm in my shop 6 days a week, i need the weekends off (sunday) to catch up on my own personal bits and pieces, plus i dont get paid to help out... i do it for FREE! The idea is to increase the weight each set and this places more stress on muscle tissue with every set. 20 reps would be your warm up weight then increase the weight again until no more then 15 reps can be accomplished, then 12 and so on... Inbetween sets i prefer to rest 30 secs for the first two then 60 secs then 90 if im doing 4 sets. As you get heavier you will find yourself out of breath more and this is enough time for me to catch my breath to give it 100% on each set, although 100% intensity is used only on the last two sets becouse the other sets are served as warm ups.
