i know alot of people who compete and there seshions take 30mins. so yeh ur time is fine.,if im correct if you lift for longer then 1hr you start burning into muscle anyway.
seperate what u do in the gym, like monday legs/back tue chest arms etc.
supplements depend on what u want to gain out of it, protein powder is a must i think any one would say to repair and build muscle. could use a fatburner for energy/burn fat. cant help on supplements but just split up bodyparts and kick a** mate, post ur results as u go!
