A friend of mine whom im helping is slightly better... hes 19!  

Still, the spanish guy does have a pleasing physique

Mitroni - I am assuming that this guy is a freind of yours? Are you trying to promote him or something? Nice lean muscular physique - but no what I would call a bodybuilding physique...


Educate the public so bodybuilding gets the respect it deserves - we are ATHLETES!

You can't really see the guy properly. By that video he has a big chest which looks a little outta proportion. If you get pic's i think we might be able to give you better feedback
