Hello,am new to the scene...been training now  for 2 weeks.
Oh gawd heres the bad bit....am 45yrs old and hoping to build myself up nicely to keep the Missus hapy...   ...Gonna have to pack Her off to the Plastic surgeons for some errrrrr enhancments  


Very informative site and gonna get me some of the supplements you sell here to help me on my way to perfection!!

I'm 45 years young too, and there's plenty of life left in the ol' dog yet !

Go for it, its NEVER to late to start in the gym, and it makes you feel 10 years younger !
