I'm new to this an this is what iv come up with.

Monday - Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - easy cardio for 30 mins in morning
Wednesday - Legs & Shoulders
Thursday - easy cardio for 30 mins in morning
Friday - Back & Triceps
Sat & Sun - none

Theres about 3 diff exercises for each part (e.g. - 3 for chest and then 3 for biceps)
each having 3 sets an reps are like 12/10/8

good enough frame to start with?

Make sure your pushing hard for each rep, nothing should be easy unless its a warm up.

Main thing before the weights..is the diet. diet is 70% of working out. so hope you got that sorted also mate.

3 exercies per is good to start with, once you gone 2 months in,increase it to 4.

remember to stretch well before and after exercise!

also.. whats ur goal? loose fat?gain muscle?
