Great shots PJ, thought you were badly over loked last time out, I'm sure that won't happen again.

I am getting ready for the Welsh qualifier and thus far coming down nicely. If I qualify my aim is to be higher than my third last time out. A tall order as the Masters class is gonna be tough, but thats the way I like it. Best to be compared to the best, at least you know you have achieved something worth while if you are top 6 at the British !

Look forward to seeing all you guys there, and maybe for a Pizza after !!!! lol

Thanks for you poistivity mate. I must agree with you - there are a handfull of guys in the u90 - who any one of them one the day have the potential to take it. It will certainly be a very tough class - whuch will make the victor enjoy it all the more!

o90kg wise - Zack should walk this class - he knows where he has been beat before, so im sure this year his conditioning will be spot on. There are also gonna be some great guys in this class too, Pat Warner who should also be pushing for top spot, Stuart Core - who is another mass monster. The great lines of Sege Camerou and Alvin Small - who pound for pound can stand with the biggest doods!

Top gunners IMO for O90kg will Zack, Alvin and serge. All very, very good with minor weak points, we all have em (who doesn't) but these are the guys who i have that would be very hard to beat!  

I'm expecting Alvin Small to have packed on more mass then last year and if he gets harder... well, we shall see!?

What about Dean Lesiak (spelling) under 90k, i rate his physique also, he has time on his side with very good genetics, defo top 5 if hes on!

This could be the best EVER British finals, cant wait
