Just been looking on You tube, and surprised there arent any carzy amounts of weight being used on weighted chins.
I can 60kg for a 6 reps, whats the most peole can do? Or seen? With decent form.

Personally i dont see crazy weights being done on this exercise - the reason being it is a bodybuilding movement not a powerlifting movement. 60kg is good - but how is your back development?


Educate the public so bodybuilding gets the respect it deserves - we are ATHLETES!

Back development is good, but I'm pretty equal all round visually, although my back is probably my strongest in relation to everything else.
I find the weighted chins and dips a very intense exerecise, and I always like to do the more challenging movements.
