Each month you should change things around a little. To keep the body thinking
For example..change your routines,do bodyparts on differnt days..
supersets ie two bodyparts in one set drop sets.. heavy rep,instally by a lowerd rep,,then lower.. that burns! a week of 10 set exercises ie for chest.. chest press x 10 times
There is a few things to keep in mind to ensure the body doesnt get used to doing the same thing.
Last thing .. what is your reps like? are you able to reach 10 10 10 10 for example? your last two sets you shouldnt idealy be able to reach 10, For me i get to 10 10 then the last two sets i wana struggle till i cant carry on,and if i get 10 for 4 sets ill go up a weight next week..
