What are the most productive exercises for lats

I just feel that my lats are not progressing enough.

Lat pull-downs
cable straight arm
decline barbell pull-over
dumbell fly`s

I just can`t feel the ache the day or two after  

I need a couple of exercises for lower lats as I feel this Is where I am lagging most

Im sure others will post some other exercises but also remember this mate

Each month you should change things around a little. To keep the body thinking

For example..change your routines,do bodyparts on differnt days..

supersets ie two bodyparts in one set
drop sets.. heavy rep,instally by a lowerd rep,,then lower.. that burns!
a week of 10 set exercises ie for chest.. chest press x 10 times

There is a few things to keep in mind to ensure the body doesnt get used to doing the same thing.

Last thing .. what is your reps like? are you able to reach 10 10 10 10 for example? your last two sets you shouldnt idealy be able to reach 10, For me i get to 10 10 then the last two sets i wana struggle till i cant carry on,and if i get 10 for 4 sets ill go up a weight next week..

anyway..there is a few ideas! hope it helps

My answer is that youre going too heavy! Lower the poundage and concentate more the contraction, ie, when the muscle is pulled back by the elbows. Hold and squeeze for 2-3 seconds with every rep and do this on ALL exercises.

Bound to be sore the next day!
