sos mate was away. i havent used creatine fro a while as i take gear now. but when i used to take it i took it first thing in the morn before breakfast and then again after training. and on non training days i would probs take it in the morn. sometimes i would take it twice everyday if i could afford it only side effect i ever got off taking to much was the shits. but i can cope with the shits as long as its working and my lifts where going up wich they always did whilst on creatine. deffinatly the best supplement ever |
