Just getting back into working out again, have been back at it for 3 months and had good progress.  Working out at Cannon's City gym, it's okay but looking for something with bit more intensity.  Was thinking of trying Muscleworks? Any thoughts on the place? Originally from New Jersey so used to more free weight focused gyms

Ah nice to see some one else comming from the same boat good job so far mate.

Tips.. hmm like any one will say make sure your diet is on top form, from morning till night try eat every 2hrs 30.

If possible you could  try power walking in the morning before breaky/work.

After a workout do 15-20mins of fatburning cardio,

other then that, looks like u doing great already mate!!

Hey Tank

Out of interest, how do you define "fatburning cardio"?

cheers B.

From what various trainers have said is that if say you go on the running machine and sprint rather then powerwalk you will also burn into muscle rather then just burning fat.

So for that ive stook to powerwalking, cycling and for fittness i do cross trainer type

Also been told a good cardio without burning muscle is to walk on the treadmill at a steep incline for 30 minutes or so
