Flat barbell and dumbell presses, flat flyes, decline barbell and dumbell presess, decline flyes, dips, dumbell pullovers. One of my favourites is decline smith machine press. Position the bench far forward enough so th ewhen you lower the bar it rests at the bottom of your neck. Hold it there for a full second before pushing upward from dead. You will find that you get an incredible strech on these and will really beef up your lower pecs.... PJ |
