Just spent the day slowly writing out this new Mass Building diet.  In total i will consume 504g Carbohydrates and 307g Protein.  Only thing is  half of my diet seems to be suplements rather than solid foods, Please could you check it out and let me know what you think ?????


     Meal I - Pre Workout (Protein-36g / Carbs-79g)
     60 g Oats
     250 ml Semi Skimmed Milk
     14g Raisens
     1 banana    

     Meal II - Post Workout (Protein-44g / Carbs-11g)
     2 scoops Whey
     2 Scoops Casein
     1 Scoop Cell Mass
     300mg ALA

     Meal III(Protein-26g / Carbs-81g)
     For Goodness Shake (Milk Shake)
     Yoghurt - Low Fat x 2

     Meal IV (Protein-46g / Carbs-102)
     100g Chicken
     100g Pasta with Tomato Sauce
     100g Brocoli

     Meal V (Protein-52g / Carbs-95g)
     N-Large2 Shake
     Cell Mass Shake

     Meal VI (Protein-63g / Carbs-11
     Homemade Turkey Burger or Pork Terriyaki
     500g Potatos
     100g brocoli

     Meal VII (Protein-40g / Carbs-18g)
     Protein Ice Cream (Low fat yoghurt with Casein Protein)


P.S. as you have probably noticed, i have taken some of the tastie recipies from this site, Thanks to the people that osted them.

5 liquid protein meals and 2 solid?

Do your protein the other way around and you have hit the jackpot.

Your body is designed to digest food so give it just that..... FOOD!
